Ingredients3 C potatoes, mashed
1 C Coconut milk
2 Tbl Filtered water
2 tsp Wasabi powder
1 Tbl Green onion or chives, diced
½ tsp Sea salt, or to taste
¼ tsp Black pepper, ground to taste
Pinch Cayenne pepper
Loving preparation
1. Boil potatoes for approximately 20 minutes. Mash well in a large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients.
